The Ski Team Connection....

Through his affiliation with Howard Head Sports Medicine and the Vail Valley Medical Center, Matt has had the opportunity to travel extensively with the US Ski and Snowboard Teams.  During the 2005-2006 Olympic Season, Matt worked as a physical therapist with the US Alpine Ski and Snowboard Teams traveling across the US, South America and Europe.

Rehabilitation, on-site first aid and diagnosis of injuries are among Matt's responsibilities when with the team.  He maintains his affiliation with the US Team and volunteers his services on a yearly basis.  This experience and love of snow sports carries over to the clinic where he strives to adapt his treatments to patients' individual sports or activities, whether they be on or off the hill.
